Welcome to UremboGPT. By accessing or using our website and AI skin analysis services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use this service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account access credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UremboGPT to:

  • Capture or upload photos of individuals without their explicit permission.
  • Upload images that contain illegal, offensive, pornography, or copyright-infringing material.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of the UremboGPT AI scan framework.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security and operations of our servers, networks, or databases.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Certain features, such as deep-dive routine plans, require a fee or premium credits.
  • All payments are handled securely via our integrated third-party payment gateways (e.g. M-Pesa, IntaSend, card processors).
  • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect active scans or already purchased report credits.
  • Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and underlying AI software on UremboGPT are the exclusive property of UremboGPT or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download your personal skin analysis reports for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UremboGPT and its founders, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of:

  • Your reliance on any recommendations or ingredient analysis provided by the AI.
  • Any skin reactions or allergies resulting from products you choose to purchase or use based on our reports.
  • Temporary unavailability or service interruptions of the AI scan interface.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
