Because our skin reports and skincare routine plans are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase or scan completion, we maintain a strict refund policy as detailed below.
1. General Policy
Unless required by local consumer protection laws (such as the Kenya Consumer Protection Act), all purchases of UremboGPT single-scan reports, subscription tiers, or credits are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will receive immediate access to the digital report and service, thereby waiving any cooling-off period or right to cancel.
2. Exceptions & Technical Faults
We understand that technical issues can sometimes occur. You may be eligible for a refund or a free scan credit under the following circumstances:
- Scan Failure: If the AI system fails to process your uploaded face photo due to a system error, and a report is never generated.
- Double Billing: If you are charged multiple times for a single scan transaction due to payment gateway delays or errors.
- System Downtime: If our service is down for more than 24 hours consecutively and you are unable to access your purchased report.
